Car 4 was initially constructed as a low deck wagon, and was used for transporting the ticket stall used in the early days of the railway. Starting November 1998 it was rebuilt to a similar design of the other cars, with the floor being made level along the whole car, added folding seats and wider entrances in the end compartments for easy wheelchair access. The underneath section is now used for the storage of rerailing equipment. In 2001 it was fitted with a roof to match the other three cars and was officially put back into service. Seats and flooring refurbished 2018.
